In order to assist you, we have provided tools and resources specific to your needs as a Service Provider. All providers registered with MDM may access our on-line services and:
- Submit claims online
- Assign payment directly to yourself; or have the plan member pay you in full, with benefits assigned to them
- Update your Mailing and E-mail Address
- Sign up for Direct Deposit of claims payment by providing your Banking Information
- Reset your password at any time
In order to take full advantage of our online services for Providers, choose your Provider type from the menu on the right.
